About

The Central Virginia CAD Technology Group (Originally know as RAM – Richmond AutoCAD Manifest) was established in 1991 with six members. It was created for the purpose of providing a forum for Central Virginia AutoCAD Users to share their knowledge of AutoCAD and improve the quality of CAD services within the region. From the original six founders, RAM has grown to almost 200 members from all areas of industry. Users share their knowledge of vertical products, third-party software, and management strategies as well as continue to explore the depths of AutoCAD with each release. RAM has become an excellent source of networking for CAD users in the Central Virginia area. Come join us in our efforts to share knowledge, improve our skills, and increase our value in today’s CAD world.

Our meetings are typically the last Wednesday of every month. We do make adjustments for holidays, so check back every month. Anyone interested in learning more about or sharing their knowledge of AutoCAD and related software is welcome to join us – membership is not required to attend meetings. Membership is required to be eligible for door prizes and to attend the annual dinner. For more details check out our Membership page or drop us a note!
